Yesterday I started mentoring a young man that has a great idea to move his peers into a more positive world than the one that he has found himself in.
It was so refreshing to hear someone in his early 20s with a clear picture of what he can see as a solution to a common problem in many Irish towns.
Not too much to do and nowhere to do it.
He is coming up with a solution and more importantly he wants to do it for the right reasons: to help others.
It's great to be able to of help and it's wonderful to get genuinely excited about something like and looking forward to our next meeting to see how things have progressed over the week.
Give them credit. Give them space. They'll make this world a better place.

This is my generation"
