Tony Riddle lives in London but his lifestyle is far from what you may expect from anyone living in the big city.
Early morning cold swims in the Hampstead Ponds or a barefoot run through the park are part of Tony’s weekly’s routine, that combined with regular squats, natural movement and lack of tables or chairs in his house, he live a more natural life.
His motto “We can’t all live in nature, but it doesn’t mean we can’t live naturally” and he provides classes and retreats around the whole concept of ReWilding.
