One Hour Holiday and other non prescriptive tools to improve your ecosystem

Updated: Jul 24, 2020

While on a peer to peer coaching session for my college assignment, my coach Ali, said to me, "You have a very nice ecosystem."

We had been discussing life, values, careers, goals, I was opening up to a her and describing my life in details.

A very nice ecosystem. I love that. I can visualise it and I can enjoy the weeds as well as the flowers, the ants and the butterflies.

A few days later when I was relating this to some friends, David and Stephen of the Happy Pear, they both loved that too and loved my idea of the One Hour Holiday - this is something I have been doing for the past couple of years and works very well for me.

"I am going to steal that one from you", David said, "Tell us more."

As I explained my simple steps and actions for a more fulfilling and happy life, David said,

"There's a book in that!"

So here I am, writing a little book to share my story, how I view the world and what works for me.

Nothing prescriptive. Just some simple tools.

I'll keep you posted.

I came across https://massiveattack.ie/reviews/funbet-casino/ while browsing a forum thread about online gambling. I usually ignore these links, but I was bored enough to try. Signing up was quick, and the first thing I tried were the live slots. Surprisingly, the site didn’t lag, and moving between different games was seamless. In Ireland, I’ve dealt with plenty of casino sites that crash or freeze, so it was refreshing to find one that ran smoothly. I ended up spending a good chunk of the evening trying various games.
