Episode 76 – Mick Finnegan – Mental Health Advocate

Mick grew up in Crumlin, Dublin.

At a young age he became homeless following an abuse and altercation with his own family.

He moved to England and later on to Northern Ireland.

Mick has struggled with mental health for most of his adult life but he has found ways to put his experience to good use to help others that may find themselves in the same situation.

He has worked in the field of mental heath and outreach for most of his professional life.

He is now studying at Dublin’s Trinity College to further improve his working life.
