The SCARF Model was developed in 2008 by David Rock, in his paper "SCARF: A Brain-Based Model for Collaborating With and Influencing Others."

It is a model based on Neuroscience and on the idea that the human brain tends to minimise threat and maximise reward.

The Time Matrix helps us to prioritise tasks and both from an urgency and an importance point of view. Often there is a blurred line between important and not important as well as urgent and not urgent. Using the Time Matrix, allows us to analyse our day/week clearly and honestly, by making sense of each step that we can take to ensure that we don't spend too much time in Quadrant 1 or 4.

I find the IKIGAI concept a great compass to how we can choose to live our lives. By paying attention to the 4 areas of our lives, we can feed our wellbeing with things that we are good at, that we love doing, that we can get paid for and that we believe the world needs. What I love the most about this concept is the fact that we can apply it to the smallest aspects of our daily lives. By doing so, this small habitual steps, become part of ourselves and life becomes more purposeful and fun.

Simplicity and power. The CIA tool helps us look at many situations with a different viewpoint, allowing us to accept, influence and control.
