Niamh grew up in south county Dublin, Ireland.
One of seven children she discovered her passion for music, dancing and acting at an early age. Her passion brought her to Manchester where she worked in theatre and TV, including a roles in Coronation Street and Fair City.
She trained as a yoga teacher and she runs her own yoga practice Yinstinct Yoga.
