Liz offers one-to-one support for those going through bereavement, separation or loss of any kind.
Liz is one of few practitioners in Ireland trained in Complicated Grief Therapy.
She is a Creative Art Therapist and recently has also qualified as an Open Floor Movement Teacher and Therapist
She is determined to ensure that we can approach bereavement in an open and healthy way and is particularly interested in working with grief through the body.
She has recently started her new podcast “Shapes of Grief”
