Dawn grew up in a rural area in Co. Tipperary, Ireland.
After studying social science in college she joined Ana Liffey where she has worked for the past 13 years.
Now Head of Services with the organisation, Dawn is a very emphatic and a realist with a wonderful human touch.
Her work, and the work of Ana Liffey, in the area of addiction concentrates on the Safer From Harm policy and the humanisation of people affected by addiction.
