Karen Nolan is an illustrator and graphic designer that has worked in Ireland and Swizterland.

Her work has been commissioned by large corporations in Ireland and abroad.

A local community meeting to explore the interest in local produce sparked a quest to create a food network between producers, shops and consumers.

The Simple Food Pledge was born.
